The construction of this villa with swimming pool in the municipality of Ostuni (province of Brindisi, Apulia) was completed in 2021. For personal reasons, the elderly owner decided to sell the villa again almost immediately.

The villa fully met the needs of our customers, a couple who recently retired. The preliminary purchase contract was concluded the day after the viewing of the villa. Now just a little patience for the final notary deed. And then, undoubtedly, the buyers will enjoy many lovely days in their new home in beautiful Puglia!
