At Italy House Hunting, we rarely sit still. Earlier this year, we traveled throughout Italy with clients in search of the ideal home.

townhouse in San Vito dei Normanni
After visits to Puglia with an American client in February 2024, negotiations for the purchase of this townhouse in San Vito dei Normanni dragged on for almost 11 months due to planning compliance issues. The purchase contract was finally signed at the beginning of this year.

Podere Le Muricce
A few days later, we visited an agriturismo in Cavriglia, in the Tuscan province of Arezzo, near the Chianti region, with Dutch clients. We had met these clients a year earlier at the Second Home fair in the Netherlands, and over the course of the last year, we conducted a series of viewings three times. Everything had to be perfect because they were looking for a house they wanted to live in permanently, with rental potential. The property in Cavriglia ultimately proved to be a perfect fit, and the negotiations were concluded in just a few days. Podere Le Muricce will be run by Vinnie and Wendy next summer. Good luck!
March was exceptionally busy. As always, we have put in every effort to help all our clients realize their dreams. And our efforts were rewarded.

Villa in Vetulonia
The first satisfied customer was a Dutch. A man who had spent holidays in the Maremma region for almost twenty years. For him, we found a beautiful villa with solar panels, a charging station for an electric car, and a swimming pool, all less than 20 minutes from the beach town of Castiglione della Pescaia.

holiday home in Monterubbiano
At the end of the month, we were able to successfully conclude no fewer than three negotiations in just two days. We had met these clients just two months earlier at the Second Home Fair. Now they are looking forward to their next vacation in this beautiful four-apartment holiday home in Monterubbiano, Le Marche.

country house in Murlo (SI)
This stone house in Murlo, in the Tuscan province of Siena, will soon become the new permanent home of another Dutch couple moving to Italy. The proposed budget allows some modernization of the house.
Good luck and enjoy your new home in Italy.

apartment in Gavorrano (GR)
And finally, there was Wendy, who dreamed of buying an authentic home in a Tuscan hill town. She found an apartment on the second/top floor of a Tuscan village house. |
panoramic view in Gavorrano (GR)
From her terrace, she and her family look out over the rooftops of Gavorrano's historic center, with a distant view of the sea. The beaches of the seaside resorts of Marina di Scarlino and Follonica are just 15 minutes from Gavorrano.
