Our latest property search was situated in Piedmont. We were charged with finding a holiday home in Italy, near an international airport, for a U.S. based couple. Our clients wanted to use this home as a base to explore Italy and Europe.
The choice fell on a touristic village, which was built in the 70's, called Losio, 10 km up the mountains above Acqui Terme, a beautiful town in the province of Alessandria in Piedmont. Acqui Terme has a train station and is connected in reasonable time with Turin (1h30 drive), Genova (1h15), Milan (1h45), Verona and Pisa (2h45), and smaller touristic attractions as Alba (1h00) many seaside resorts in Liguria situated between Savona and Chiavari in less than 1h30 drive, and last but not least Cinque Terre, which can be reached by train in about 3 hours travel.
The small villa was priced much less than 100.000 euro and is immediately habitable. We wish our clients the best of luck and great times in Italy and Europe.
