This house is located in Moscufo in the province Pescara in Abruzzo. Moscufo (alt. 250m) is a small town with a population of 3.000, which is located at 17 km from sandy beaches in Montesilvano and Pescara (25 minutes drive). The house is located on a slightly sloping land with some olive trees and it was abandoned several years ago. The new owners are planning to build a new modern house on the property. This will first be a holiday home, and who knows, some day soon, home, once the owners fulfill their dream to move to Italy permanently.
