After many notary appointments and a wonderful summer, Italy House Hunting resumed house hunting for its clients, with positive results in Borgosesia in the province of Vercelli (Piedmont) and in Capannori (Lucca).

In October, after a meticulous selection of apartments, Roberta traveled to Sicily in search of a vacation home in the town of Ragusa. The efforts were rewarded as our clients immediately found a suitable apartment. They chose a newly renovated house with a panoramic balcony overlooking the rooftops of Ibla's historic center. Collaborating with Engel & Völkers went smoothly.Furthermore, IHH attended the Second Home Expo at Flanders Expo in Ghent in October, where many people once again showed interest in various tourist regions of Italy. This means we can start searching homes for new clients again.

Kris also traveled to the north of the island of Sardinia with a French client. She too, found her dream home in the beautiful, picturesque seaside town of Castelsardo. Johanna's grandparents emigrated to France years ago. She still lives in France with her young family, as well as her parents, while her grandmother has since returned to Sardinia.Notary appointments in Sicily and Sardinia are scheduled for early 2026.
