We are concluding our results in 2024 with an "I am leaving now" story. Together with a Belgian couple with two daughters and their (grand)parents, we looked for a suitable house in Tuscany for the whole family. The family wants to settle permanently in Italy.
Ultimately we found this spacious house with a panoramic view, with possibilities for expansion and construction of a swimming pool, on the hill of the village of Sticciano. The negotiations went more smoothly than expected and the entire family can move to Italy at the beginning of 2025. Good luck to everyone in this new phase of your life!
