Sometimes the purchase of a home can go quickly, especially when it comes to new-build homes. After a thorough selection of homes on-line, in mid-February we went to the Marches region together with our foreign buyers to view some apartments. This beautiful terrace will be the place where our buyers will come to rest in Italy in this case. Due to its location within walking distance of the sea in Porto Recanati, the house can also be easily rented out in the summer, so that not only will the annual costs of the home be covered, but also the limited maintenance of the house can be paid with the income from the summer rentals. Even before the end of April, the deed of sale was signed, and the buyers could start renting out the house.
