Apartment to be renovated in Matera Basilicata
This apartment has been in disuse for some years and needs to be renovated. It is located in Matera, home of the European Capital of Culture 2019, in the region of Basilicata. The new owner, a recently retired man, will take care of the renovation together with local craftsmen. He knows Matera well and just loves it there. He will soon be living there approximately six months a year and enjoy the good life in South Italy. We can't wait to go and see the apartment once it will be renovated and decorated again.
