An Italian dream will come true
This small 1-bedroom apartment on two floors has a tiny but lovely private garden. It is located in Montemerano in the province of Grosseto in Tuscany. It needs a new roof and has to be completely renovated inside. This will be all be taken care of by a young, enthusiastic, German couple, who will soon come to relax for holidays in this peacefully quiet retreat. We can't wait to see the result.
